eBay fulfilment by Orange Connex has been a big hit with sellers since it was released in July 2021, with over one million orders already delivered to customers*. We listened to your feedback and have released a series of new features to the service. Give it a try and see how it can help grow your business.

What has changed

New Sunday dispatch

  • The addition of a Sunday dispatch makes it easier and more convenient for you to get your orders out to your customers.

New 6pm cut-off time

  • Enjoy increased flexibility for same day dispatch, with cut-off times extended from 4pm to 6pm.

Multi-SKU capability

  • You can now select which items in your inventory will use the service. If you’re selling T-shirts and red shirts are flying off the shelves, choose to just add these specific items to your fulfilment programme, and keep everything else as is.

Global Shipping Programme

  • Opt in to start integrating our Global Shipping Programme with the fulfilment service when you need to send items to your international buyers.

Protection for your seller scores

  • We know that your reputation as a seller matters. Therefore, when you sign up to eBay fulfilment, your seller rating is protected against all defects related to packaging and dispatch, as well as any cancellation defects on orders fulfilled through Orange Connex. These will not be counted against your seller rating.

Cost savings

  • Make savings of up to 30% on parcel rates.

Integration with third-party providers

  • eBay fulfilment services can now be fully integrated with your existing third-party providers such as Linnworks, ChannelAdvisor, AdLister and Volo to give you a seamless service experience. If you aren’t currently using a third-party provider and would like to, we can put you in touch with some of our partners.

FAQ

There are two main fees. The fulfilment fee covers the pick, pack and dispatch of your product based on its size and weight. The storage fee is charged per cubic metre, per month. Optional extras like labelling, packaging, photos and disposal (if required) carry an additional cost. You can find a full rate list here. Our multi-channel capabilities mean if you sell on your own website or anywhere else online, you’ll still be able to benefit from storage, pick, pack and dispatch.

You aren’t responsible for item loss or any damage that occurs after your items are received at the fulfilment centre. You also won’t be held responsible for an eBay Money Back Guarantee if a buyer claims that an item hasn’t been received or the package is damaged in transit.
