Problems adding pictures to your listing

If you are having trouble getting pictures to upload try clearing your cache; refer to your browser's help for information on how to do this. If this doesn’t work try the following:

  • Disable any ad blockers and web accelerators. Web accelerators are programs that speed up browsing on some websites.
  • You only need one firewall enabled, and it must allow content to flow to and from eBay.co.uk. If you’re using Windows XP and you have a third-party software firewall disable the built-in Windows XP firewall. Refer to Windows help for more information.
  • After adjusting these third-party software settings, try clearing your browser cache again.
